How to Join Your Group

All meetings are hosted on the Zoom Video Conferencing platform. In order to participate in meetings follow the instruction below:

  1. You will need an electronic device such as a smartphone, laptop, tablet etc.

  2. You must be able to connect your device to the internet.

  3. You will need to create a FREE zoom account. Visit and click "Sign Up It's Free" .

  4. Once your account has been created, you can download zoom or join from your web browser. Joining from the web browser allows you to connect without downloading anything to your device. You will need to enter the meeting ID and passcode found in the "Welcome Email" to access your group.

  5. Or you can join your group by simply clicking the link provided in the "Welcome Email" you received from the registrar.
